歐洲台灣商會聯合總會（ETCC）第32屆會員代表大會於2026年5月16日在英國倫敦 Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel 盛大舉行。來自歐洲各國台灣商會會員代表、政府代表、企業領袖及僑界人士齊聚倫敦，共同探討臺灣與歐洲未來經貿合作與產業發展方向。

年會期間同步舉辦「台歐日（Taiwan–Europe Day）」系列活動，包括 Europe–Taiwan Innovation & Business Forum（歐洲－臺灣創新與商業論壇），聚焦人工智慧（AI）、創新科技、供應鏈韌性、投資合作及臺歐產業鏈結等議題，促進臺灣與歐洲企業、政府及產業界交流合作，展現 ETCC 作為臺歐經貿橋梁的重要角色。

本屆年會邀請多位國內外重要貴賓蒞臨，包括立法院院長韓國瑜率跨黨派立法委員訪團出席；駐英國代表姚金祥大使、僑務委員會委員長徐佳青、國策顧問暨中華民國對外貿易發展協會董事長黃志芳、駐德國代表兼駐歐盟代表謝志偉大使、工業技術研究院（ITRI）創新長余宛如，以及英國貴賓共同與會，展現政府對海外臺商及臺歐經貿合作的高度重視，也進一步強化臺灣與歐洲各界之間的交流與連結。

此外，世界台灣商會聯合總會（WTCC）總會長熊強生、國策顧問暨世界台灣商會聯合總會名譽總會長林見松、黃行德、林凱民，以及世界台灣商會聯合總會歷屆名譽總會長、五大洲副總會長、歐洲台灣商會聯合總會歷屆名譽總會長、歐洲各國台灣商會會長及會員代表共同出席盛會，展現全球台商團結合作精神，並進一步深化世界各洲台商組織與歐洲台商之間的交流合作。

本屆會員代表大會並完成第33屆理監事改選，由波蘭台灣商會阮紹棣（Sandy Juan）當選第33屆歐洲台灣商會聯合總會總會長，德國台灣商會宋秉淵（Marcus Song）當選監事長。

新一屆團隊將秉持「團結、服務、傳承」的精神，深化歐洲各國台灣商會合作，積極培育青年世代接棒，並持續強化與世界台灣商會聯合總會（WTCC）及全球各洲台商組織的合作與交流，共同建立全球台商互助網絡。

ETCC將持續扮演臺灣與歐洲的重要橋梁，結合政府、僑界、產業及各國商會資源，推動商機媒合、投資合作及產業交流，並協助臺灣企業與台商順利落地歐洲、拓展市場，提升臺灣企業在國際市場的競爭力。

第33屆 ETCC 年會將於 2027 年在波蘭華沙 舉行，誠摯邀請歐洲各國台商會會員及全球台商齊聚華沙，共同開創臺歐合作的新里程碑。

The 32nd Annual Meeting of the Council Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce in Europe (ETCC) was successfully held on 16 May 2026 at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel in London. Representatives from Taiwanese chambers of commerce across Europe, together with government officials, business leaders, and members of the overseas Taiwanese community, gathered to discuss the future of Taiwan–Europe economic cooperation and industrial development.

As part of the Taiwan–Europe Day programme, ETCC hosted the Europe–Taiwan Innovation & Business Forum, focusing on artificial intelligence (AI), innovation, resilient supply chains, investment opportunities, and Taiwan–Europe industrial collaboration. The forum provided an important platform for dialogue among government officials, business leaders, and industry representatives, highlighting ETCC's role as a bridge between Taiwan and Europe.

The Annual Meeting welcomed a distinguished lineup of guests, including Legislative Yuan President Han Kuo-yu and a cross-party parliamentary delegation; Representative Vincent Yao to the United Kingdom; OCAC Minister Hsu Chia-ching; National Policy Advisor and TAITRA Chairman James C. F. Huang; Representative Hsieh Jhy-wei to Germany and the European Union; ITRI Chief Innovation Officer Yu Wan-ju; together with distinguished guests from the United Kingdom, demonstrating Taiwan's strong commitment to overseas Taiwanese businesses and Taiwan–Europe economic cooperation.

The event was also attended by WTCC President Hsiung Chiang-sheng; National Policy Advisors and WTCC Honorary Presidents Lin Chien-sung, Huang Hsing-te, and Lin Kai-min; WTCC Honorary Presidents; WTCC Vice Presidents representing the five global regions; ETCC Honorary Presidents; as well as presidents and delegates of Taiwanese chambers of commerce across Europe. Their participation reflected the unity of the global Taiwanese business community and further strengthened cooperation among Taiwanese business organizations worldwide.

During the General Assembly, delegates elected Sandy Juan (Poland) as the 33rd President of ETCC and Marcus Song (Germany) as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors.

The newly elected leadership is committed to ETCC's core values of Unity, Service, and Continuity by strengthening cooperation among Taiwanese chambers across Europe, fostering the next generation of leaders, and deepening collaboration with the World Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce (WTCC) and Taiwanese business organizations worldwide to build a stronger global Taiwanese business network.

As a bridge between Taiwan and Europe, ETCC will continue working closely with government agencies, overseas Taiwanese communities, industry partners, and member chambers to promote business matching, investment, and industrial collaboration. ETCC is also committed to supporting Taiwanese enterprises in establishing and expanding their presence in Europe while enhancing Taiwan's competitiveness in the global marketplace.

The 33rd ETCC Annual Meeting will be held in Warsaw, Poland, in 2027. ETCC warmly welcomes members from across Europe and Taiwanese business leaders worldwide to gather in Warsaw and create new opportunities for Taiwan–Europe cooperation..
