2026 年 2 月 9 日，歐洲台灣商會聯合總會（ETCC）第32屆回國訪問團拜會立法院，受到立法院副院長江啟臣熱情接待。

江啟臣副院長歡迎來自歐洲各國的臺商代表返國交流，並感謝海外臺商長期支持臺灣、協助推動國際經貿合作及提升臺灣在國際社會的能見度。雙方就臺歐經濟合作、投資環境、供應鏈韌性、產業交流及國會外交等議題深入交換意見。

李欣恬總會長表示，ETCC 將持續發揮連結臺灣與歐洲的重要橋梁角色，凝聚歐洲各國臺商力量，促進雙向投資、企業合作及人才交流，攜手推動臺灣與歐洲更緊密的經貿夥伴關係，為臺灣拓展更多國際合作機會。

On 9 February 2026, President Hsintien Lee led the 32nd Homecoming Delegation of The Council of Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce in Europe (ETCC) on a courtesy visit to the Legislative Yuan.

The delegation was warmly received by Deputy Speaker Johnny Chiang. During the meeting, discussions focused on strengthening Taiwan–Europe economic cooperation, promoting bilateral investment, enhancing supply chain resilience, supporting overseas Taiwanese entrepreneurs, and expanding parliamentary diplomacy.

President Lee reaffirmed ETCC's commitment to connecting Taiwanese chambers of commerce across Europe, fostering business partnerships and investment opportunities, and serving as a bridge between Taiwan and Europe. The delegation also expressed its commitment to supporting Taiwan's international engagement through closer cooperation with government institutions and legislative leaders.
