2026 年 2 月 9 日，歐洲台灣商會聯合總會（ETCC）第32屆回國訪問團拜會中華民國對外貿易發展協會（TAITRA），由董事長黃志芳接見。

雙方就臺歐經貿合作、市場拓展、產業鏈結及企業國際布局等議題進行交流，並探討如何透過 ETCC 與 TAITRA 的合作，協助臺灣企業拓展歐洲市場，促進雙向投資與商業合作。

訪談中，李欣恬總會長代表 ETCC 邀請黃志芳董事長擔任 ETCC 第32屆倫敦年會專題講者，分享全球經貿趨勢及臺灣產業的國際布局。同時，也邀請 TAITRA 率團參與 2026 年波蘭臺灣形象展（Taiwan Expo in Europe 2026），攜手推廣臺灣品牌，深化臺灣與歐洲的經貿夥伴關係。

On 9 February 2026, the 32nd Homecoming Delegation of The Council of Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce in Europe (ETCC) visited the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) and was welcomed by Chairman James C. F. Huang.

During the meeting, both sides discussed Taiwan–Europe economic and trade relations, market expansion, industrial collaboration, and opportunities to strengthen business partnerships between Taiwan and Europe. The delegation and TAITRA also explored ways to support Taiwanese enterprises in expanding into the European market through closer cooperation.

President Hsintien Lee invited Chairman Huang to deliver a keynote address at the 32nd ETCC Annual Meeting in London, sharing his insights on global trade trends and Taiwan's international economic strategy. The delegation also invited TAITRA to participate in Taiwan Expo in Europe 2026 in Poland, further promoting Taiwanese industries and strengthening business ties between Taiwan and Europe.
