Evelyn Lee 

Evelyn Lee is a serial entrepreneur and consultant for UK restaurant chains, active in the food, aesthetics, and health management industries. She is the first Taiwanese entrepreneur to bring Taiwanese dry noodles into the UK’s mainstream supermarkets and was awarded the Silver Award for Business Woman of the Year at the UK SME National Business Awards in 2021.

Guided by the vision “Made in Taiwan, Shine in the World”, she organised the Taiwanese Food Expo during the pandemic, helping over 20 Taiwanese food brands enter the UK market. In recent years, she has introduced premium Taiwanese aesthetic technologies and brands, integrating AI applications with her international market experience to create a brand ecosystem that blends aesthetics, health, and lifestyle — enabling more consumers overseas to experience Asia’s high standards of service.
