我來自臺灣，三十年前來到波蘭，之後一直生活並在羅茲經營事業。我的事業主要與紡織、傳統產業、製造業及工業設備。

這些年來，我親眼看見波蘭與歐洲的變化，也親身經歷在異國創業與經營企業的各種挑戰。我一直認為，臺商在海外發展，需要的不只是商機，也需要值得信任的朋友、實用的資訊，以及彼此之間的支持。

對我而言，臺商會就是讓大家認識彼此、分享經驗、互相幫忙、尋找合作機會的平台。同時，也讓在歐洲的臺商與臺灣，以及世界各地的臺商有更多交流與連結。

今天的臺灣也在不斷改變。除了我們熟悉的傳統製造，臺灣在半導體、AI、新能源及智慧製造等領域也有很強的實力。我相信，臺灣、歐洲以及世界各地的臺商，都有很多可以一起合作的機會。

我也希望能鼓勵年輕一代，不一定要出生在企業家庭，也不一定要有非常好的學歷，才能創造自己的事業。我自己也是一路走來、一路學習，靠著努力與堅持慢慢累積。這是我很想與下一代臺商分享的一件事。

作為歐洲台灣商會聯合總會第33屆總會長，我希望讓歐洲各地的臺商更加團結，也讓我們與臺灣及世界各地臺商有更緊密的交流，彼此學習、彼此支持，一起創造更多機會。

I came to Poland from Taiwan 30 years ago and have lived and built my business in Łódź ever since. My business background is mainly in textiles, traditional industries, manufacturing, and industrial equipment.

Over the years, I have witnessed many changes in Poland and Europe, and I have also experienced firsthand the challenges of building and running a business away from home. I believe Taiwanese businesses overseas need more than business opportunities. We also need trusted relationships, useful information, and support from one another.

To me, the Taiwanese Chamber is a place where we can meet, share experiences, help each other, and find opportunities to work together. It also helps connect Taiwanese businesses in Europe with Taiwan and with Taiwanese business communities around the world.

Taiwan is changing as well. Alongside our strong traditional manufacturing base, Taiwan has developed great strengths in semiconductors, AI, new energy, and smart manufacturing. I believe there are many opportunities for Taiwan, Europe, and Taiwanese businesses around the world to work together.

I also hope to encourage the younger generation, You don't have to come from a business family or have a top academic background to build your own business and your own life. I have built my own path step by step, learning along the way, working hard, and staying committed. This is something I truly hope to share with the next generation of Taiwanese entrepreneurs.

As the 33rd President of the Countcil Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce in Europe , I hope to bring Taiwanese businesses across Europe closer together, strengthen our connections with Taiwan and Taiwanese business communities around the world, and create more opportunities for us to learn from and support one another.
